Greenville Energy Anaerobic Digestion Plant, Co.Tyrone : 520KW

The project included the supply installation and commissioning of a new anaerobic digestion facility for Greenville Energy in County Tyrone. The project included 2 no. 2400m³ digestion tanks complete with adjustable submersible propeller mixers, digester access points, multi-point temperature measurement, insulation and cladding two off 250kWe CHP units (500kWe), dual membrane gas storage, gas clean up including biological desulphurisation and activated carbon filters, emergency gas flare, waste import facility, digestate drying and separation.

LSR Directors and personnel were involved in:

• Process design,
• Software Design and Execution MCC Panel Design and Manufacture
• Mechanical and Electrical detailed design & Installations
• Instrumentation, Control and Commissioning
• Maintenance and on-going operational support to the operations team post-project
• Operational support to include calibrations, biological testing and routine mechanical and electrical inspections and maintenance.
• CHP servicing is provided by our CHP service partners.
